You can place an online order any day, anytime through our website – pearlmeat.com

Orders are fulfilled Monday through Wednesday (holidays excluded).

We ship Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Depending on your location your package will ship Ground or Two-Day Air. Orders received after 9am Wednesday will ship the following Monday.

We carefully cold pack your order for proper delivery. Your order containing perishable items will be hand-packed in an insulated cooler with refrigerant or dry ice, depending on the season. The cooler is then placed in a shipping carton. All meat is shipped frozen from origin to maintain optimum freshness and you should expect thawing during transit. Place product immediately into the freezer upon receipt or refrigerator if you plan to enjoy soon.

Please email us at customerservice@pearlmeat.com and we will attempt to make all requested changes. Note: we may be unable to accommodate certain changes once shipping procedures have been set in motion.

Yes. After your order is fulfilled and shipping is arranged, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. The shipping confirmation email will have a tracking number and a link so you may track your order.

Please refer to the heating instructions on each product page for detail pertaining to heating and preparing your product for consumption.

We use both depending on the season and product need. Some of our products are shipped in insulated coolers with dry ice to ensure they arrive wholesome. The exterior of the box will be identified with warning precautions. Dry ice handling: avoid contact with skin, eyes or clothing and avoid breathing mist or vapor. 

Our fulfillment center is closed the following holidays and will not be shipping any orders. If you place an order that would be shipped on this holiday, it will be shipped the next available shipping day. Thank you.
