When will my order be shipped?
We ship Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Depending on your location your package will ship Ground or Two-Day Air. Orders received after 9am Wednesday will ship the following Monday.
What do I do if something is wrong with my order upon arrival?
If you have any issues or concerns with your order, please email us at customerservice@pearlmeat.com. Please provide your contact information and a customer service representative will contact you as soon as possible. We will try to resolve any problem as best we can.
How do I prepare my products for serving?
Please refer to the heating instructions on each product page for detail pertaining to heating and preparing your product for consumption.
